Option 2

Build a New Estate on the Full 1.27 Acres

The Idea

This option keeps the property as one large parcel and reimagines it entirely.

The existing home would be removed and replaced with a new main residence and an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The layout allows for a cohesive design across the full 1.27 acres.

This approach focuses on:
